Start your week with an evening of deep rest and relaxation.
Yoga Nidra is a uniquely relaxing and restorative guided meditation practice. All you have to do is lay comfortably on your yoga mat and listen. Research has shown that a 45 minute Yoga Nidra session is as good as getting about 4 hours of sleep! Even if you fall asleep, you are still receiving the benefits of this practice. There is no way to do this “wrong.”
Join us each month for a uniquely designed, full 45 minute Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra session led by Emily Carlson with 15 minute talk, and walk away with a deep sense of ease and energized for the week ahead. No yoga or meditation experience necessary.
