Empowering Women Through the Body & Mind
This dynamic and engaging session will focus on equipping women to joyfully live empowered lives through a healthy lifestyle focusing on the body and mind. Women will walk away with tips on the important part nutrition and exercise play in their busy daily lives. They will also be guided to understand and examine the profound power of their thoughts and developing habits for stress-free living.
About our Speakers:
Sister Jenna is a spiritual leader, author, radio host and TV personality, renowned speaker and founder of the Meditation Museum I & II in metropolitan Washington, DC.
