Meditation Class for Women
This is a women's only class.
The hour together begins with a brief Dharma conversation and is followed by pranayama (breath work), and guided and/or mantra based meditations techniques. Everyone is welcome and this class offers a community environment - please come as you are and know you belong. Whether you are an experienced meditator or have never meditated before, this class will provide the experience needed to begin or strengthen your practice. Comfortable clothing is encouraged, but feel free to wear your work clothes if you are headed to the office after class.
