This class is for:
All working professionals especially those who work in office environments or teleworking from home. Intended to provide a break and introduce light activity and stretch to reduce aching, stress and strain to the body from the usual office work environment.
What will we do?
$10 drop-in fee
- It’s only 20 minutes long.
- It’s a fusion of yoga, light active movements, postural corrective exercises and breathe work.
- Loosen tight muscles, stiff joints and oxygenate your body and brain.
