Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that has been practiced for thousands of years for health and wellness. There are as many styles and ways to practice it as there are people to teach it, but all of them focus on a series of central movements and ideas that are designed to teach a person to be aware of their body.
Tai Chi focuses on balance physically and internally. The slow rhythm and movement forces you to breathe in time and pay attention to each small shift on weight and foot position. It is relaxing, fun, and can be adjusted for all ages and physical abilities. We look forward to any and all participants!
