Bruce Falk, PMP, is a George Mason University adjunct project management instructor with more than 40 years of experience as a project manager and consultant. He has worked in staff and management positions for IBM, helping both large an small organizations achieve significant success. At IBM, he initiated and led a national team in reengineering massive changes to long standing processes, resulting in notable savings, increased productivity, better morale and improved customer satisfaction. He currently teaches courses specializing in risk management, schedule and cost control, Earned Value Management, PMP certification, requirements management, leadership, communications, presentation skills and project management applications to many Fortune 500 companies and government entities.
