About Us

The Young Group has been an important part of the Northern Virginia development scene for more than a quarter of a century.

While concentrating recent focus in Fairfax County and the City of Falls Church, its reach is national and has active drivers in projects in North Carolina, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and California.

RESIDENTIAL work has included the development of three to three hundred homes, from infill single family to multi-story mixed use multi-family.
