About Us

Purchasing a home is really a team effort! Our webpage allows you to search for the latest listings and be notified within 24 hours of new listings meeting your parameters.

Korte Realty is a very small company. In addition to myself, Mostafa ( Mosi) Shah, who is an native of Iran, and speak both English and Farsi, is always on the go with our clients.

A small company has to be versatile in order to survive, so we are a full service company. We have commercial office listings, esp. in Falls church City, for lease and for sale, but also in McLean and Alexandria.

We are experienced, as well, at leasing and selling homes, and we have helped many buyers in the search for a new home. We believe in taking an educational approach with out clients. When we go on tour, we point out the pluses and minuses of the homes we view, so that our clients can make an educated decision. The adventure of the home search is pretty special, and the memories of those searches last a lifetime, almost like the memories from your best (or worst) vacation.

Our little company was started in 1965 by my Mom, Katreen Korte. We have a lot of faithful clients, and we welcome new friends, please feel free to call us!
