Getaway this Mothers Day!
Join yoga teacher and artist Bill Abel for a creative and relaxing afternoon of yoga and water coloring at Dancing Mind Studio. You will begin with a gentle Asana practice and guided visualization meditation. Following the meditation you will be encouraged to creatively bring your visualization to life using watercolors. Also, you will have the opportunity to paint along with Bill as he paints a step-by-step watercolor floral. All art materials will be provided, and tea and cookies will be served.
