Description
The Washington Sinfonietta will perform an all-Beethoven concert in celebration of the musical titan’s 250th birth-year anniversary at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 22 at The Falls Church Episcopal.
Conducted by Maestro Joel Lazar, the diverse, engaging program will include the stately Musik zu einem Ritterballet; the unique and virtuosic Triple Concerto, scored for solo piano, violin, and cello; and the composer’s uplifting, masterful Symphony No. 4 in B Flat Major. Distinguished artists Aaron Berofsky (violin), Tobias Werner (cello), and Catalin Dima (piano) join the Sinfonietta as soloists on the Triple Concerto.
