Welcome the New Year with good vibrations only!
Lay on your yoga mat, cozy under a blanket if you wish…Then just listen.
Listen to the crystal bowl ring and grow. Hear the song of the Tibetan singing bowls. Feel the sound of the gongs as they open and fill this healing space. Because we are mostly made of water, vibration travels through us quite easily. Sound is vibration.
The playing of these ancient instruments can promote a meditative and healing state and clear the clutter. Join us!
