FREE Kettlebell Intro Class
Join us for our monthly free group Kettlebell Introduction class. During this class we will teach and help you build up a solid Kettlebell Swing, Goblet Squat, and Overhead Press. We believe these three Kettlebell exercises (and the building blocks we work through to make them solid), are not only great exercise but have immense carry over to other exercises and life in general as well.
This introduction class meets the requirement we have before being able to take any of our regular classes, and after taking it you will have an additional free attendance to any of our regular classes.
So, come by and learn or improve some Kettlebell exercises and walk away with another free attendance to one of our classes.
