New Program! Fit at the Farmers Market

Join the Recreation and Parks Department each Saturday in May 2017 for a free fitness class at the Farmers Market. Class times and descriptions are listed below. No pre-registration required. Find the check-in table on the grass between the market and Little Falls St.

June 3	9:00 A.M.	Total Body Workout	This class will do it all: strength, cardio and stretching. Work at your level and rev up your metabolism and energy levels while having fun. Taught by Pam Doran.
June 10	9:00 A.M.	Step Aerobics Without the Platform Step	This workout will get you up and moving. Learn the basic moves to a Step Aerobics class without the platform step. Step aerobics offers a fun and effective cardio workout for all fitness levels. Burn calories, tone your legs, and work your core. Taught by Eileen Cutrona.
June 17	9:00 A.M.	WERQ	Come get a free WERQout - a cardio dance class based on pop and hip-hop music routines. All dance and fitness abilities welcome! Taught by Sarah Blum.
